If you’re trading as a limited company, you’ll need a registered office address. It must be a physical location in the UK, allowing official documents to be delivered there.

Many of our clients prefer to use Merlin’s premises in Exeter as their registered address. That can be handy for them, as we typically deal with things like confirmation statements. These have to be produced each year to show Companies House that the information held about your company is up-to-date.

Using this service also cuts down the junk mail you’ll get. We’ll happily recycle it for you, or shred and add it to Giles’ compost heap!
